EFEKTOLI are oils intended for lubricating linear and circular guides, horizontal and vertical slideways, advancement mandrels and worm gear transmissions operating under moderate intermittent loads. The general rule for the application of EFEKTOL is that viscosity grades VG 32, 46, 68 and 100 are used for the lubrication of horizontal slideways, and VG 100, 150 and 220 for the lubrication of vertical, heavily loaded slideways.
EFEKTOL 32 is a light oil used in central systems for the lubrication of hydraulic pumps and horizontal slideways. This oil is used both as a hydraulic medium and as a slideway oil.
EFEKTOL 68 is an oil for the lubrication of horizontal slideways of machine tools, and for the lubrication of grinders of the KIKINDA Iron and Tempera Foundry.
EFEKTOL 220 is a heavy oil for the lubrication of vertical slideways of machine tools. The presence of adhesion additives prevents dripping, so it is used for lubricating vertical slideways.
