HIDRAULIK HD are anti-wear monograde hydraulic mineral-based oils. They are intended for stationary hydraulic systems which operate under moderate loads within the operating temperature range of up to 80°C. They are available in the following viscosity grades: ISO VG 5, 10, 15, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100, 150, 220, 320 and VG 460.
HIDRAULIK HD oils of lower viscosity grades are used as a hydraulic medium in high precision and low power devices, for the lubrication of parts of machine tools, grindstones, in torque converters, hydraulic clutches, etc.
HIDRAULIK HD oils of medium grades are used as a hydraulic medium in hydraulic systems of medium power, load, pressure and temperature. They are used for the lubrication of cranes, presses, etc. In devices with cogged pumps, they are used within the temperature range of 40-80°C. (The most widely used are HIDRAULIK HD 32, 46 and 68).
HIDRAULIK HD oils of higher grades are used in hydraulic systems with higher powers and loads, in systems in the construction, paper and textile industries.
